County unsure of where to release teen

The 17-year-old boy remains in juvenile detention for now

The Deschutes County Juvenile Department has dropped a recommendation to release a 17-year-old boy, who admitted to committing sexual acts in front of his siblings, to live alone in an apartment near Redmond's skate park and Hugh Hartman Middle School.
