Now through Valentine's Day, the Humane Society of Central Oregon is reducing all adoption fees by $20.For dogs, the new fee for adoption will be $45 and for cats, $30. Animals in the Paws for Life program are excepted.All adoptions include spay or neuter, first vaccination, a health exam,....
