Jury determines Wes Cooley and a business partner bilked plaintiffs out of $2.1M

Former U.S. Rep Wes Cooley - a former Alfalfa resident who was convicted of lying about his military service in a voter's pamphlet in 1996 - took part in a conspiracy to defraud investors in an Internet startup company, a federal jury in St. Louis has found.
