The play field on Bond Street between Kansas and Louisiana avenues is a popular place for folks to exercise their dogs. It is a large, grassy area, surrounded on all four sides with a chain-link fence. Signs are posted that this is a play area, and to please clean up after your dogs. Two garbage....
