WASHINGTON - Rep. Greg Walden, R-Ore., joined Sens. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Gordon Smith, R-Ore., to reauthorize for another seven years the county tax payment act, which provided more than $273 million to Oregon schools and roads last year.
