It has been two weeks since 18-year-old Hawkin Groenendaal allegedly killed his father in Bend and fled to Elbert County, Colo., where he was arrested, driving his parents' sport utility vehicle.
But authorities seeking his return say it may take up to two months before Groenendaal is brought....
