The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners released a final draft ordinance for handling local Measure 37 claims on Wednesday.

The commissioners are scheduled to vote on the ordinance at their next meeting on Jan. 26.

The new ordinance - the fourth considered by the board - included only minor....
