The Oregon Supreme Court ruled a few years back that random roadblocks to detect drunken drivers are illegal in this state - a decision that, not surprisingly, doesn't sit well with Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Now MADD hopes to change the state's constitution to make the roadblocks legal.....
