PRINEVILLE - High in the Ochoco Mountains, the sun beat down and the wind blew fierce.

Perhaps it was a wind of change.

A new leader in the Atta Boy 300 World Sled Dog Championships emerged from the Ochocos after Wednesday's Stage 4, which started and finished at Walton Sno-Park.
