MADRAS - It was the moment he'd been waiting 60 years for, but H.W. Olson couldn't speak. At first, he was silent, so overcome with emotion he couldn't make words. Then, as tears dripped from the end of his nose, the 84-year-old World War II veteran mouthed a few words to his son Don.
