Having just moved back to Bend after an eight-year absence, I have seen a lot of changes. Bend has grown, and with it comes growing pains.It offers the benefits of big-city opportunities with a small-town charm. I love Bend but see that the people are inconsiderate, rude and too much in a hurry.....
