Please explain to me what in the world The Bulletin was thinking to run such a juvenile, stupid and tasteless cartoon by Chip Bok titled "Peace on Earth" on the editorial page on Dec. 24. A lot of editorial cartoonists (if you can justify calling them that) have lowered the bar of late....
