This letter is directed to the thoughtful person who, last Wednesday, stole the lighted snow bear from my friend's yard. We retire to a nice place like La Pine, and have some inconsiderate slob take what is not theirs. The snow bear was put there for everyone's enjoyment, and you took that away.....
