Snow, chilly temperatures in the forecast for New Year's weekend

Sunday night's snow might be gone by this afternoon, but a new crop isn't far behind.

Most areas of Deschutes County experienced about 3 inches of snowfall on Sunday night, according to Jim Smith, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Pendleton.
