You might say that Christmas is coming early this year for Salvation Army Capt. Sabrina Tumey. She and about a dozen others will hand out nearly 700 food baskets today and tomorrow to families who might otherwise find Christmas dinner sparse, indeed. Some will be reserved for the emergencies....
