Combustible cushions are the likely cause

An apartment fire in Bend on Saturday caused an estimated $5,000 in damage, but no injuries were reported.

Bend Fire Department responded to a fire at 205 NW Riverside Blvd., Apartment 1, at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
