Old Mill District may gain new bar, distillery

Jim Bendis, owner of the Bend Distillery Martini Bar & Mazama Bistro, is hoping to add a second martini bar and restaurant location in Bend that would include a showcase area where visitors could see the distillery process firsthand.

Bendis said he is currently negotiating with Bill Smith....
