Gay-rights advocates will host Measure 36 forum in Bend today

Basic Rights Oregon is making stops throughout the state

SALEM - The November passage of Measure 36 was a wake-up call to gays and lesbians that they need to do more to engage, educate and support their communities, the spokeswoman for the state's leading gay-rights organization said Friday.
