Stanleys will add a store in Bend

Former Bend residents Rick and Marlene Stanley plan to open a Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking location in Bend at the beginning of the year.

The store, which will be located along Nels Anderson Road, is scheduled to open Jan. 3 in the old Cascade Machinery Co. building.
