Old Mill shops lose electricity

On Friday morning, many local retailers launched post-Thanksgiving Day sales before sunrise. But at The Shops at the Old Mill District in Bend, an early-morning power outage kept storefronts dark, and left would-be shoppers in the cold.

According to Pacific Power, power was restored at 9:10 a.m.....
