Widgi has an offer but bid still open

Bhelm LLC has entered into a sales transaction to buy the Widgi Creek Golf Course for $4.1 million.

According to Oregon Secretary of State records, Barry Helm of Sunriver is the principle member of Bhelm LLC.

Helm did not return a message left at his home on Wednesday afternoon.
