Two Bend boys have qualified for the USA Track & Field National Cross Country Championships, slated for Dec. 11 in Schaumburg, Ill.Competing in the Regional 13 Junior Olympics Cross Country Championships, Travis Neuman, 10, finished ninth in 12:08.5 in the Bantam Boys (ages 9-10) division.....
