Central Oregonians in town for the holidays could be giving thanks for a dusting of snow Tuesday - just in time for the lifts to open on top of Mount Bachelor.

The mountain will likely get 1 to 2 inches of snow on Monday night, said Jeff Myers, a forecaster from the National Weather Service....
