Rod Foster proudly wears a gold medal around his neck. It's attached to a red, white and blue ribbon, and Foster, 39, won it for bowling.

This weekend, the Bend man just might win another medal, as he and approximately 1,200 athletes compete in the 2004 Special Olympics Oregon Fall State Games....
