As Jeanne Fifield of Madras sees it, Oregon's newest state prison should have a name that isn't particularly pleasant but still evokes the region. We agree. Thus, the newspaper's editorial board has selected her nomination, "Bitterbrush," as the winning entry in our Name the Prison....
