Bend's Kelley will go to Syracuse; Black headed for Washington State

Bend High senior Amy Kelley and Summit senior Jessica Black both signed National Letter of Intents on Wednesday. Elizabeth Jarrett, also a Bend High senior, is expected to ink her letter of intent today.
