Redmond growth boosts coffers

Redmond's assessed value has topped $1 billion, and the greater than anticipated increase in value will mean extra money for the city's coffers.

The Deschutes County Assessor's Office lists Redmond's assessed value for the 2004-2005 tax year at $1,025,035,281, up from $909,639,792 for 2003-2004,....
