Via Sandia, Sky Harbor to be one lane through November

Via Sandia and Sky Harbor Drive in southeast Bend will be reduced to one lane for November and early December.

A sewer mainline will be installed by Hooker Creek, according to a news release from the city of Bend. Construction is scheduled to start today and continue through Dec. 3.
