Trick-or-treaters in Central Oregon may not have to bundle up as tightly as they did the last two Halloweens.

No rain is predicted for the spooky night, and temperatures are not expected to fall below 30 degrees, said Jim Smith, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Pendleton.....
