Malloy back in jail for violating release

Women say they saw former deputy with minors

Former Deschutes County sheriff's deputy Mike Malloy went back to jail Tuesday after two women testified in court they saw him sitting in the hot tub at Juniper Swim and Fitness Center with minors - a violation of his conditional release.

His bail was set at $2 million.
