Youth cycling program puts safety first

Helmets go to Central Oregon riders

Approximately 65 local children were fitted for new bicycle helmets recently, and hundreds more will be, thanks to a $7,000 donation by Oregon Bicycle Ride to Central Oregon Safe Kids.
