Jeffrey Holland, was arrested on Thursday and charged with aggravated theft in connection with the theft of a $70,000 bronze bald eagle sculpture from the Ghiglieri Gallery in Sisters. The 200-pound statue was stolen on June 14. A padlock was cut securing it to the gallery's front....
