SUV tax loophole gets a little smaller

It is hard to fault someone for taking advantage of a tax loophole, but it is also reasonable to expect the government to close an inappropriate one. Congress moved to at least narrow one this week when it comes to luxury SUVs. Down the road, lawmakers should work on closing it completely.
