Funding for crime victims may be cut

Every year The KIDS Center in Bend provides counseling services to about 10 child sex abuse victims whose families couldn't otherwise afford it.

The tab for their services - about $14,000 - is paid for by convicted federal offenders.

The KIDS Center receives the grant money thanks to the Victims....
