State to distribute free nicotine patches

Oregon's Tobacco Quit Line is offering free nicotine patches to smokers who want to kick the habit.

Two weeks' worth of patches - which can cost between $30 and $45, depending on the brand - will be supplied to smokers desiring to quit, while supplies last.
