SPRINGFIELD - The Bend Rugby Club Roughriders took second place at the Eugene 10-Aside Tournament on Saturday in Springfield.The Roughriders defeated Reed College 21-0, then beat Oregon Sports Union 19-17.Bend went on to defeat Eugene Rugby Club 24-10 before losing to Portland Rugby Club 15-14.....
