Regal Cinemas' Old Mill 10 and Pilot Butte 6 theaters plan their annual Cans Film Festival Sept. 28.Patrons who bring three cans of food to either theater on that day will receive free admission to a movie and a free small popcorn. All donated food goes to the Central Oregon Community Action....
