The American Council of the Blind, Spilyay Chapter, will hold a spaghetti supper and silent auction at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Bend's Community Center, 1036 NE Fifth St.Cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children 12 and under.All money raised will benefit local blind people with equipment,....
