The second annual R2 Boatercross & Kayak Rodeo is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Big Eddy Rapids on the Deschutes River.The Rumble on the River race will be a half-mile through four class-three rapids and one class-two rapid. There will be men's, women's and coed categories.Boat....
