Excuse us, but - ha, ha, hee, hee - the way Oregon regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages sometimes achieves such heights of absurdity that we just can't help laughing. Maybe it's the lack of oxygen up there.
This time around, it's a handful of legislators asking the state's booze....
