REDMOND - Lexy Heater, 10, sat deep in the saddle and kicked with all her might as her horse, Dealer, tightly cornered a triangle of barrels before galloping back to the gate.
Dealer walked out of the arena sweaty and panting.
But for Lexy, who smiled calmly, this was just plain fun.
