Cultus Lake boat launch to close for rebuilding

Boaters will not be able to use the Cultus Lake Campground boat launch from Sept. 7 to Nov. 30. Crews will reconstruct a ramp at the popular Deschutes National Forest recreation site.

There is no other Forest Service boat launch access to the lake, located 13 miles northwest of La Pine.
