Prineville sewer plant expansion costs going up

City will spend $650,000 more on additional irrigation systems

The city of Prineville will spend another $650,000 on its wastewater treatment plant expansion to pay for additional irrigation systems, bringing the total of the first phase of expansion to roughly $14.4 million.

It's not clear yet how the increase in cost will impact customers.
