SUTTLE LAKE - Sprinting to the finish line minutes ahead of the competition in a time of 1 hour, 48 minutes and 22 seconds, former professional bike racer Carl Decker of Bend captured first place Saturday in the Sisters High Cascade Off-Road Triathlon.
