Kyrie Shatka crowned first High Desert Idol; Blake Walker runner-up

Kyrie Shatka clapped a hand over her mouth, shock and elation written across her face, when she was crowned the first-ever High Desert Idol Saturday afternoon at the Deschutes County Fair.
