Anglers are asked to voluntarily stop fishing when stream temperatures heat up this summer.Fish mortality rates rise drastically in water that is 74 degrees or warmer, according to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Oregon Trout, Native Fish Society and Trout Unlimited.Low stream flows....
