Two people were rescued after they were stranded on rocks in the Deschutes River on Wednesday evening, according to a dispatcher with Deschutes County 911.The Bend Fire Department rescued the pair, who were stranded shortly before 8:30 p.m. in the river near the intersection of River Bluff Trail....
