Judge convicts Black of manslaughter for collision that killed 2 teens

Judge Stephen Tiktin's wall-to-wall packed courtroom barely stirred Tuesday as he read David Black's verdict - guilty - of second-degree manslaughter, a Measure 11 crime that will carry with it a mandatory six and one-quarter years in prison for the 20-year-old.
