SALEM - Joan Gassner thought she was lending her name to the effort to re-enact term limits in Oregon when she signed a petition in front of a Bend grocery store.

But thanks to a pair of initials, it turned out otherwise.

The state Elections Division disqualified her name and 71 others submitted....
