College will spend $35,000 to replace 900 locks

One of the grand masters, the mother of all keys, had gone missing last fall at Central Oregon Community College. Whoever had it had the power to open almost every door - both inside and out - on the college campus.

The school was suddenly vulnerable.

Locks were changed on the outside doors.....
